Transactional terms and conditions

• MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC requires proof of payment no later than the date of order. If proof of payment is not received on the date of order, the order will automatically be cancelled.
• MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC requires a valid copy of ID/Passport and Proof of Residence, not older than 3 months from the client for proper onboarding processes.
• Should a client wish to collect their goods from our nearest branch, they are required to bring their original ID for verification purposes so that the client is granted access into the facility and that the goods can be handed over to the client.
• MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC reserve the right to cancel an order at any point in time without giving any reasons. In this case, we shall be liable to refund any money already paid in respect of that order.
• Goods are only handed over/dispatched once the clients funds have reflected in our bank account, the necessary documents have been received, the order is fully processed, and the stock is available for handover.
• MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC is subject to anti money laundering laws and regulations and performs diligent onboarding processes
• MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC will not accept any third party payments. When placing an order in your personal capacity, payment will need to be from your personal bank account. NO THIRD PARTY PAYMENTS ARE ALLOWED DUE TO STRINGENT AML LAWS. If a third party payment is made, MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC will refund the funds and the client will be liable for an administration fee which will be deducted before the refund is made.
• MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC does accept payments from business accounts, however, company documents are required.
• NO CASH DEPOSITS ARE ACCEPTED
• MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC does offer free insurance on the delivery of the goods.
• Lead time- Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should the product not be in stock please allow a longer delivery time. Deliveries are time sensitive and subject to customs clearance, payment, shipping, storage and checks.
• MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC has a strict No Return & No Refund policy.
• MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC reserve the right to cancel an order at any point in time without giving any reasons. In this case, we shall be liable to refund any money already paid in respect of that order
• MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC is entitled to charge a reasonable cancellation and administration fee, at MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC's reasonable discretion, which will be calculated on a case by case basis, and such fee will not be less than 20% (twenty percent) of the amounts paid by the customer.

Pricing Disclaimer

Prices and Product Specifications shown are list prices and are subject to change without notice. Prices may also be changed without notice due to unforeseen cost increases of imported products, raw materials, or currency/commodity fluctuations.

We carefully check pricing and product specifications twice daily, but occasionally errors can occur. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice. We are not responsible for third party advertising errors. Some variations between picture and product may occur.

Shipping

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Goods will be delivered directly to the customer and delivery date will be as per discussion with customer once the transaction is authorized and deemed reliable.

No deliveries will be done until the order has been processed, paid in full. This charge will be made fully aware to the customer before the transaction is processed. Funds need to be reflected in the MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC account before goods can be shipped.

MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC will make every effort to ensure shipment of orders will be done timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should this be the case, the client will be contacted by MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC.

MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC does not have control over the exact date and time that the chosen courier company will deliver the package. Undeliverable packages – Occasionally, packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order processing – Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment of the purchase. Products purchased on www.MAC & RO CAPITAL FZCgoldonline.co.za will also only be delivered to the customer provided the correct delivery address is provided and the banks have authorized the transaction holder as safe and reliable.

MAC & RO CAPITAL FZC will not accept any third party collection.
